Customer Care hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Eastern. Any communication sent to us outside of these hours will be responded to on the following business day.
Where Can I Buy Company C Rugs?
In addition to our website, our rugs are available through retail stores and interior designers nationwide. Please go to the store locator section of our website and enter your zip code to find a store near you. If there is not a store near you, our products can be purchased directly on our website, companyc.com or call 1.800.818.8288. However, we encourage you to visit a store so you can experience the colors and textures in person!

What Is Your Pricing Policy?
Prices are subject to change. For the most current pricing, please check this online store. We reserve the right to refuse the order of any merchandise that we deem is erroneously priced, described and shown in stores and online.
How Is Sales Tax Charged?
We are required to collect sales tax on items delivered to the following states: Maine, Massachusetts and North Carolina.
What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?
Prices are listed in US dollars. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card, and your credit card will be charged when your order is placed. We also offer Affirm Buy Now, Pay Later.
When Is My Credit Card Charged?

How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. This information can also be found in your order history if you placed the order through your online account.
How Do I View My Order History?
After signing in, click on Account. Orders placed online while logged into your account will show on the Orders page. Orders placed by other methods or while not logged into your account will not be shown. What Is Your Return Policy?
Company C’s goal is to provide you with an extraordinary experience. We want you to love our products as much as we do! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of Company C product, you can return it to us within 30 days for a refund. All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and in new and unused condition. The Company C satin label must be attached and intact on the back of the rug. Please reference our Returns page for additional details, shipping fees, and exclusions.
Shipping
When/How Will My Order Be Shipped?
In-stock orders will be shipped within 5–8 business days. Rugs under 9’ wide are shipped via FedEx Home Delivery with no signature required for delivery. 9’wide and larger rugs are required to ship via our Threshold or White Glove delivery service. Please see our Shipping page for additional details.
Do You Ship To Remote Locations?
Yes, Company C will ship to AK, HI, and remote locations. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and select remote locations incur a 15% of purchase price shipping charge (Minimum charge $25).
Will You Hold An Order For Shipment At A Later Date?
Yes, this can be done by contacting our Customer Care department at 1.800.818.8288, customercare@companyc.com, or by including a note with your order.
What Are Threshold And White Glove Delivery Services?
Threshold delivery is the standard residential shipping method required for all 9’ wide and larger rugs to ensure the highest quality delivery possible. This service delivers via freight carrier to the first dry area outside of the home. White Glove is an optional service for large rugs. A White Glove team will deliver, unpack, inspect, place piece(s) in correct locations, and remove all packaging materials. This service is available in the contiguous U.S. only. Can My Order Be Shipped To A PO Box?
No, a physical address is required for shipping.
Do You Ship Outside Of The US?
Company C is currently shipping to the US, Canada and the Virgin Islands. For any orders shipping outside the contiguous 48 states, there is a 15% freight charge based on the order total. If you live in an area other than Canada and the Virgin Islands, you are welcome to use an international freight forwarder for delivery. We ship to the freight forwarder and they would organize delivery to your home or business. Note: Customers outside of the US may be charged additional fees for applicable taxes and duty fees.

How Are Company C Rugs Made?
All of our rugs are handmade to meet our high quality standards. We offer several types of constructions: including hand-knotted, hand-tufted and more. Our ColorSpree® Indoor/Outdoor rugs come in 100% post-consumer recycled polyester tufted pile and woven polyester made from recycled plastic bottles. All tufted rugs have hand serged edges and cotton backing for improved quality and durability. Latex is used to adhere the cotton backing to rugs that have them.
How Do I Clean My ColorSpree® Indoor/Outdoor Performance Rug?
ColorSpree® by Company C rugs require different care and cleaning than our wool fiber rugs. Click here to learn more about properly cleaning and caring for your Company C rug.
How Do I Clean My Wool Rug?
When it comes to wool rug care, the best answer is to keep it simple! Natural lanolin in fibers gives inherent stain repellency. Rugs are actually quite easy to care for—just vacuum(without a beater bar) regularly, rotate occasionally and spot clean immediately with a mixture of water and mild soap. To extend the life and beauty of your wool rug we recommend using a rug pad, keeping it clean, and limiting exposure to sunlight. Why Is My Rug Shedding?
Shedding on rugs is completely normal. Our rugs are made of 100% natural fibers, which, like a wool sweater or cotton in the dryer, will give off a certain amount of lint. Vacuuming regularly using the floor setting (without the use of a beater bar) and use of a rug pad should diminish the shedding after three months depending on the level of traffic.
Why Are There Yarn Ends On The Surface Of My Rug?
Our rugs involve many changes of color to create the wonderfully detailed designs. Each time a color changes, the excess yarn is tucked between the loops. With use and vacuuming, these long ends of yarn occasionally come to the surface. Use scissors to clip the yarn evenly with the top of the loops; do not pull.
My Wool Rug Has An Odor—Is This Normal?
A slight odor after unrolling a rug is normal. Allowing several days for the rug to air out and using a small amount of a product such as Febreeze® in the room should alleviate the scent. We also recommend using a rug pad to lift the rug off the floor slightly and allow for constant air flow. Click here to learn more about proper cleaning and care for your Company C rug.
Are Your Rugs Colorfast? Can I Stain Guard Them?
ur rugs are rigorously tested for color preservation. However as with any rug, direct and sustained sunlight can fade the colors over time. We do not recommend using a stain guard on your rug. Wool is a natural repellant fiber and most spills should come out easily if cleaned quickly. Company C’s warranty is no longer valid if the rug has been treated with a stain guard. Are Your Rugs The Exact Dimension Listed?
All our rugs are made by hand, and as a result the potential for a 3% variance in sizing exists.
Are Your Rug Pads Safe For Radiant Heat Floors?
We do not recommend using our rug pad on radiant heat floors. There are rug pads specially made for use with radiant heat.
What Is GoodWeave?
GoodWeave is an international nonprofit organization working to end exploitative child labor in the rug industry and offer educational opportunities to children in India, Nepal and Afghanistan. GoodWeave is the only independent certification organization requiring manufacturers to open their doors for on-going monitoring and inspection.
Company C actively uses the GoodWeave label and supports the organization. A percentage of every GoodWeave certified rug sale is given to GoodWeave to support its educational goals. To date, more than 3,600 children have been freed from the looms and many more have been enrolled in one of 13 GoodWeave-sponsored schools. Look for the individually numbered GoodWeave label on Company C's tufted rugs!

For questions regarding GRS or RWS certification, please reach out to us at customercare@companyc.com and include the PO#, SKU, and size from the Care & Cleaning label on the back of your rug, so we can assist you.
Can I get a custom size rug?
Select designs are available in our custom rug program and can be handmade to your specific sizing needs. Minimum order requirement is 40 sq feet and orders take approximately 7 months to fulfill. Pricing and selection varies-please visit our Custom Rug Program page
Can I get a sample of a rug?
Yes! Most of our designs are available for purchase in a 1'x1' size. Samples are handmade and are intended to show color and texture of the rug.
Will the rug be the exact color I see in the images online?
While all of our images are color matched to the exact yarns of the rug, computer and phone screens can have slight variances in color. We recommend purchasing a sample to ensure the color and design works in your home.
Can any of your rugs be used as a stair runner?
Some designs may be suitable for use as a stair runner -look for low, moderate to densely tufted pile designs. We recommend showing an installer a sample of the rug before purchasing a full size.
Is there latex in your rugs?
Natural latex is used to adhere the backing on our tufted rugs.
